Would highly recommend. Professional service throughout, from selling our home before it even went on the market right through to completion. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always kept fully informed.

We were first-time buyers using Racey Estates, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process.
As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, but no matter what we asked, they were always quick to respond to our emails and were happy to help and explain things whenever we needed it.
We really appreciated how supportive, friendly and professional they were throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Racey Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for making our first home-buying experience such a positive one!

We had an amazing experience with Brigitta at Racey when purchasing our first home. Whilst we as the buyers didn't work as closely with her as the sellers did, Brigitta always made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We cannot thank her enough for making the process as smooth as possible from her end. If it's ever our turn to sell, we've no doubt who we'll be turning to. Thank you so much Brigitta and Josh!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Racey Estates highly enough!

From the very first second I picked up the phone and spoke to them, they were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond for us and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier.

No question was ever too much, no matter how small or complicated it was. Anytime we had a query or an issue, they were always there to help.

We always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us, rather than us just being another sale. Their communication, patience and willingness to help throughout the whole process were absolutely brilliant.

We are so grateful for everything they have done for us and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Thank you so much for all your help and support — you have been absolutely amazing! ❤️🏡

We can't thank Brigitta and Josh at Racey Estates enough for all their help with the sale of our house in Newton-le-Willows.

From our first meeting through to completion, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated every step of the way and always being on hand to answer any questions. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Their knowledge of the local market and commitment to providing great customer service really stood out, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Racey Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again to Brigitta and Josh and for making our move such a positive experience!

Fantastic service from the team and by far the best estate agent I have dealt with and would recommend to any sellers. Always available on phone and email to support and answer any questions. Will use them again if we ever come to sell a property again. Thanks again for managing a smooth process from start to finish!
