Tenant Find
We find the perfect tenant for you, complete credit checks and all required reference checks and sign them up on the latest legal documentation. You then take over to move them in, collect and protect the deposit, handle the rent payments, and manage the property yourself.
Fully Managed
If you don’t want to be directly involved in the management, we deal with everything that is mentioned in tenant find package, plus reporting back and addressing maintenance issues and carrying out periodic inspections with detailed picture reports sent to you. We will also make sure your rent is reviewed regularly and always kept up to date in line with the current market prices, to make sure that letting your property out is worthwhile and profitable for you.
